Why is my Wi-Fi slow in some rooms?
Almost always coverage, not speed. Walls, distance and building materials weaken the signal. Additional access points in the right positions usually fix it without changing your internet package.
Do I need a separate guest network?
If customers or visitors use your Wi-Fi, yes. It keeps your business devices, tills and cameras separate from guest traffic.
Can you extend Wi-Fi to an outdoor area or another building?
Yes — outdoor-rated access points are designed for exactly that. For longer distances or higher reliability, fiber may be the better answer. We would assess it first.
Do you work with my existing internet provider?
Yes. We handle the network inside your building; your provider handles the connection into it.
How much does installation cost?
Installation is a professional service priced per project. Building size, access point count and cable routes all affect the work, so we quote after understanding your site.

What warranty applies?
Warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver nationwide across Kenya through bus parcel services. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we send you the bus and parcel office details so you can collect it. Delivery is normally 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the bus and parcel service.
Delivery fee
A delivery fee applies to every order: 7% of your order value up to and including KSh 10,000, and 5% above KSh 10,000. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
