Buzz Technologies supplies and installs the technology that keeps Kenyan homes, businesses and organisations secure and connected.
We work across five areas — CCTV and surveillance, biometrics and access control, networking and Wi-Fi, fiber, and computer accessories. In each one we do the same thing: understand what you are actually trying to achieve, specify equipment that will do it, install it properly where installation is needed, and stay reachable afterwards.
We deliver nationwide across Kenya and install countrywide. We receive orders every day.
Buzz Technologies is the public-facing brand of Basaad Surveillance and Technology Limited, founded in 2023.
What we do
We supply equipment from established manufacturers including Hikvision, MikroTik, TP-Link, Netis and Tenda.
CCTV & Surveillance
Cameras, recorders and complete surveillance systems for homes, retail premises, offices and estates. Supplied and professionally installed.
Biometrics & Access Control
Time and attendance terminals, and access-control systems. Supplied, installed and supported.
Networking & Wi-Fi
Routers, access points and business Wi-Fi that covers the whole building, not just the room the router is in.
Fiber
ADSS fiber cable, 2-core drop cable, 4-core fiber cable, ONTs, media converters and fiber connectors.
Computer Accessories
Keyboards, mice, storage devices and speakers, delivered nationwide.
Installation services
CCTV, biometric and Wi-Fi installation, countrywide, quoted per project.

We ask before we sell
The right system depends on your building, your risks and your budget. We would rather ask questions first than sell you equipment that does not fit.

Branded products from established manufacturers, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
We install what we supply
A camera in the wrong position protects nothing. CCTV, biometric and Wi-Fi installations are carried out by our technicians countrywide and quoted per project. We install equipment supplied by Buzz Technologies.
We stand behind our installations
CCTV systems installed by Buzz Technologies include six months of free maintenance and support — systems we install ourselves. After that, support is arranged through WhatsApp and quoted.

Through bus parcel services, with collection details sent once your order is dispatched.

How we deliver and support
We deliver nationwide across Kenya through bus parcel services. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we send you the bus and parcel office details so you can collect it. Delivery is normally 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the bus and parcel service.
A delivery fee applies to every order: 7% of your order value up to and including KSh 10,000, and 5% above KSh 10,000.
Warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
If we have confirmed your order as available and we are then unable to source the product, your payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
