Professional installation — countrywide
We install equipment supplied by Buzz Technologies. Installation is available countrywide across Kenya.
CCTV installation
Camera mounting and positioning, cabling, recorder installation, storage configuration, motion detection, remote viewing setup, and handover. Systems we install include six months of free maintenance and support.
Biometric installation
Time and attendance terminals and access-control systems installed and configured — enrolment, user setup, access rules and reporting, set up and tested.
Wi-Fi and network installation
Access point placement and mounting, cabling, switch and router configuration, guest network setup, and testing across the whole premises.
System upgrades and expansion
Adding cameras or extending coverage on systems we installed.
Equipment supply
Sourcing and supplying equipment with written quotations and documentation, delivered nationwide.

Support
CCTV systems installed by Buzz Technologies include six months of free maintenance and support. This applies to systems we install ourselves. If something is not working the way it should during those first six months, message us on WhatsApp — maintenance and support are included at no extra cost.
After the first six months, support is arranged through WhatsApp and we quote you for the work required.
Biometric and Wi-Fi support is also arranged through WhatsApp, with the service quoted before any work is done.

We do not publish a fixed installation price, because there is not one.
A three-camera installation in a small shop and a sixteen-camera installation across an estate are not the same job. Cable runs, mounting surfaces, access, height, distance and the number of devices all change the work involved.
So we quote per project. You tell us about your site, we work out what the job actually involves, and you get a clear written quotation covering both equipment and installation labour before anything is committed.

How much does installation cost?
Installation is priced per project. Tell us about your site and we will quote for the actual work involved.
Do you install in my area?
Yes — CCTV, biometric and Wi-Fi installation is available countrywide across Kenya.
Can you install equipment I bought elsewhere?
No. We install equipment supplied by Buzz Technologies.
Do you carry out site surveys?
We do not offer site surveys. Tell us about your site by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form and we will work out what you need from there.
Do you offer fiber splicing or termination?
No. We supply fiber cable, components and equipment, but we do not offer splicing or termination as a service.
Is support included after installation?

Can you upgrade a system we already have?
We add to and extend systems that Buzz Technologies installed. For a system installed by someone else, talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What warranty applies?
Warranty on equipment is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
