Recording schedules, motion detection, storage retention and remote viewing on your phone, set up and tested before we leave.
Handover
We show you how to use it. Reviewing footage should not require calling us.

CCTV systems installed by Buzz Technologies include six months of free maintenance and support. This applies to systems we install ourselves.
After the first six months, support is arranged through WhatsApp and we quote you for the work required.

Frequently asked questions
How many cameras do I need?
It depends on what you need to see, not on the size of the building. A small shop with one entrance and a till may need three well-placed cameras. Talk to us and we will advise honestly.
Can I view the cameras on my phone?
Yes. The recorders we supply support remote viewing through the manufacturer’s mobile app, and we set this up as part of installation.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on the hard drive size, camera count, resolution and recording settings. We size storage to the retention period you need and confirm it before purchase.
How much does installation cost?
Installation is a professional service priced per project. Coverage, cable runs, mounting surfaces and access all affect the work involved. Tell us about your site and we will quote you properly.
Do you install in my area?
Yes — we install countrywide across Kenya.
Can you install equipment I bought elsewhere?
We install equipment supplied by Buzz Technologies. If you bought elsewhere, we are not able to take on the installation.
Is support included?
CCTV systems installed by Buzz Technologies include six months of free maintenance and support — systems we install ourselves. After that, support is arranged through WhatsApp and quoted.
What warranty applies?
Warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver nationwide across Kenya through bus parcel services. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we send you the bus and parcel office details so you can collect it. Delivery is normally 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the bus and parcel service.
Delivery fee
A delivery fee applies to every order: 7% of your order value up to and including KSh 10,000, and 5% above KSh 10,000. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
Warranty
Warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
